Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Kar Kiya Supports transactions via multiple mobile banking methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits and withdrawals will be governed by the following rules:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳1,00,000.
- Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Kar Kiya-'s bonuses and promotional offers provide special benefits for users. However, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.
- Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a specific rollover requirement (e.g., 10x or 20x). You must wager the required amount before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the conditions of each must be met separately.
- Misuse: If bonus misuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Real Money vs. Bonus: For withdrawals, real money is processed first, followed by bonus funds.

Betting Terms & Conditions
Kar KiyaBefore placing a bet on -, you should be aware of the following rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in the case of a match cancellation or specific exceptional circumstances.
- If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

- In a parlay or combo bet, if any one leg is voided, the entire parlay will be recalculated.
Prohibited Activities

- Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation of Sports Events.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated system.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same identity to claim bonus benefits.
- Accessing or operating someone else's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
If suspicious activity is detected Kar Kiya Reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during an investigation. Withdrawal requests may not be processed while an investigation is ongoing.

Account Closure & Suspension
The user themselves or Kar Kiya authority — either party may close the account.
- At the user's request: You can contact support to request account closure. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
- From Kar Kiya: An account may be closed due to a breach of terms, fraud, prohibited activity, or legal reasons.
- Once an account is permanently closed, the associated email address and phone number cannot be used to create a new account.
- Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
Limitation of Liability
Kar Kiya is not responsible for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
- Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with another person.
- Failure of third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
- Financial losses from betting — these are the result of the user's own decisions.
- Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
Right to Modify Terms
Kar Kiya The right is reserved to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Before changes take effect:
- Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
- A notice will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
- Notice is typically given 7 days before any changes take effect, though updates may apply immediately for legal or urgent reasons.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
